Brandy Moreland

Before joining Freedom Financial Group, my career took me through some genuinely different worlds, from financial services at Citigroup to real estate at Keller Williams to the commercial industry at SoundLink Studio. What carried over from each of them was the same conviction, that the best work happens when you listen carefully to what someone actually needs and stay committed to finding them a real answer.

Ten years as an assistant in the financial industry have only reinforced that. My role puts me at the front of the client experience, handling onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day client support. The first impression someone has of this firm often starts with me, and my goal is to make that experience as clear and welcoming as possible from the very beginning. My education at Georgetown College, combined with experience across several industries, has shaped a versatile approach to client service.

When I am not at work, I am most likely with my family in Northern KY. My husband and I have been married for 23 years, and between our three children and our dog, there is no shortage of reasons to stay present in the things that matter. It is exactly that kind of everyday life that reminds me why this work is worth doing well.
